ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Fine chili should look good, smell good and taste good! All types of chili is acceptable. All chili will be judged on a peoples choice basis. Each person buying a bowl to sample the chili will be given 4 tickets to use to vote for their favorite chili. Teams with the most number of tickets will be awarded the prizes.
You can come in and set up anytime between 10am & 11:30am be ready to start serving at noon. Tables will be provided do not bring your own tables, we will have all spaces set up and assigned. Please follow signs when arriving, the fair will not be open until noon on Sunday. We will be under a 60 x 60 foot tent just inside the West Gate, you will be able to park just outside to load and unload your chili, there will not be any power available so bring what you need to keep Chili hot. Please contact us if you have any special needs or questions. Please bring a minimum of 3 gallons of Chili for tasting, to help make this fundraiser a success, Thank you.
OPEN DIVISION
Cash pay back will be awarded to First through Third place. This will be a percentage of the open entry fees collected:
1st = 50%
2nd = 35%
3rd = 15%
YOUTH DIVISION
Trophies & Prizes for the 1st - 3rd Place winners
Each child entering will receive a free Class certificate to Young Chefs
All awards for Youth Division will be sponsored by Young Chefs Academy
You are welcome to use this time to advertise your business, hand out business cards or flyers. You may bring company banners to be hung on your table or wear advertisement on your clothing. NO SALES or APPOINTMENTS will be made or allowed at this event, if you would like to rent a space to sell, please contact the Fair for a vendor space.
We are looking for companies or individuals that would like to be a sponsor, and donate money or supplies needed. We can offer you a variety of advertisement for your contribution please contact us to see what we can offer:
