Meadows Consulting Group, LLC was incorporated in 2008, when due to the extreme down turn in the Home building industry, founder and President Robert Meadows saw a need for a service based consulting business. He felt that he could offer the same experience and expertise that he had provided as Division President for some of the largest homebuilders in the industry, on a consultant basis, thus maximizing his services, minimizing his clients overhead cost by outsourcing some of the important functions of the homebuilding process.
Since 2008 we are pleased to have provided services for TriPacific Capital Investors, located in San Diego, Ca. MCG has represented their land interest here in Florida, developing the market study, product, pricing, managing the budgets and the builders that were contracted to build the homes on the five communities managed by TriPacific. These communities are located in Lake Shore Ranch (Pasco County) North Pointe (Orlando), Oviedo Forest (Oviedo), Sawgrass (Clermont) and Celebration Point (Melbourne). We have also provided Seminars to improve Client relationships with employees of American Residential Products, Inc. a state wide residential services contractor. Design services for Parsons Medical Group, a group of four walk in clinics. We have also worked with the GSC Group, a financial investment group, out of New Jersey, providing market analysis on the Central Florida area, along with other many other local builders in the Tampa area.
Our business concept is to use our vast knowledge and experience to help assist your company.
